TALENT REPRESENTATION STANDARDS

Signature Global Talent® is a professional talent agency representing actors, models, and on camera professionals across film, television, streaming, commercial, fashion, digital media, and select international productions.

OUR REPRESENTATION MODEL

Signature Global Talent does not charge talent an upfront fee to be represented. We do not require talent to purchase classes, photography, workshops, or other services from the agency as a condition of representation.

Our agency earns commission when represented talent books compensated work covered by their representation agreement. Simply stated, our success is connected to the success of the talent we represent.

NONEXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION

Signature Global Talent offers nonexclusive representation unless otherwise established in an individual written agreement.

Talent may pursue appropriate opportunities independently and may maintain relationships with managers or other representatives where permitted by their respective agreements.

We ask that represented talent communicate openly regarding outside bookings, existing representation, contracts, and potential conflicts so that we can properly protect their professional interests and fulfill our responsibilities as their agency.

PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

Entertainment moves quickly. Audition requests, callbacks, availability checks, booking inquiries, and production updates can be time sensitive.

Represented talent are expected to maintain a working telephone number, reliable email access, and consistent internet access. Talent should monitor agency communications regularly and respond promptly when contacted regarding an opportunity.

Failure to respond within a casting deadline may result in an opportunity being missed.

CASTING PROFILES & SUBMISSION MATERIALS

Talent are responsible for maintaining current professional materials appropriate for their market and casting type.

This may include professional headshots, an acting résumé, reel or performance footage, current measurements, slate information, and properly maintained casting profiles.

The agency may provide guidance regarding materials that would strengthen a talent’s professional presentation. Signature Global Talent does not require talent to purchase photography or related services from a particular provider for the financial benefit of the agency.

CASTING PLATFORMS

Depending on the opportunities being pursued, talent may be asked to maintain profiles on recognized industry casting platforms used by the agency and casting professionals.

Talent are responsible for keeping their profiles, headshots, résumés, contact information, measurements, union status, location, and availability accurate and current.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We believe serious actors should continue developing their craft.

Signature Global Talent does not sell mandatory acting classes or require talent to purchase training directly from the agency. When additional development would benefit a performer, we may recommend continued training with qualified independent acting coaches, studios, or industry professionals.

Talent remains responsible for selecting and arranging their own training.

PROFESSIONAL READINESS

Representation requires more than talent.

Our roster is expected to demonstrate preparation, reliability, professionalism, respect for production schedules, appropriate set etiquette, and the ability to follow direction.

When accepting an audition or booking, talent should be prepared to honor the commitment, arrive on time, know their material, and conduct themselves professionally with casting directors, producers, crew members, fellow performers, and agency representatives.

AVAILABILITY & AUDITIONS

Talent should maintain accurate availability and immediately communicate scheduling conflicts that could affect an audition, callback, fitting, rehearsal, travel requirement, or booking.

Submitting talent for an opportunity does not guarantee an audition or booking. Casting decisions remain with casting directors, producers, studios, brands, and production companies.

Our responsibility is to advocate for our talent, identify appropriate opportunities, submit professionally, negotiate when appropriate, and help position our clients for continued career growth.
